About
ToolsPDF brings common image, PDF, audio, video and developer file tasks into one consistent workspace.
Why it exists
Everyday file jobs — making a photo smaller, converting a format, combining PDFs — are often spread across many different websites, each with its own interface. ToolsPDF uses one familiar flow for all of them: choose a tool, add your files, adjust settings, and download the result.
How tools are released
Tools are built and released in stages rather than all at once:
- Image tools: compress, resize, crop, rotate, flip and format conversion — available now.
- Additional image formats: HEIC and AVIF conversion — available now.
- PDF tools: merge, split, organize, convert, watermark, page numbers and compress — available now.
- Audio, video and GIF tools: cut, convert, video to GIF and compress — available now.
- AI and creative tools: background removal, upscaling, collages and memes — available now, with AI running on your device.
What “available” means
A tool is labelled Available only when it has a working processor that has been tested with real files. Tools labelled Coming soon or Planned do not accept uploads. We do not show simulated progress or placeholder downloads.
